Mother's Day Concert Raises Money for PACEM

May 12, 2013

A few dozen people were treated to a Mother's Day concert in Charlottesville Sunday.

Fire, a women's a cappella ensemble, performed at Holy Comforter Catholic Church.

The show was free, but the church collected donations for PACEM. Concert goers contributed about $1,000 to the charity.

PACEM works to find homeless adults in the community a warm place to stay during the winter months.
