New search warrants have been filed in the child abduction case at Fashion Square Mall.
46 year-old James Kevin Key is accused of trying to take a two year-old child from her parents while they were walking in the mall.
Albemarle County Police filed papers to search Key for his blue Nike Shox shoes and a knit cap.
That's what mall security officer described the suspect wearing after they escorted him off the property.
Key is being held without bond at the regional jail.
He will be back in court January 7th for a hearing.
