UPDATE: Route 29 Reopens After Truck Overturns

UPDATE: 11:00 p.m.

Route 29 near Tidbit Trail reopened around 10:50 p.m. on Tuesday after an overturned truck caused a temporary closure.

Crews are in the area cleaning up the wood that spilled from the truck during the crash.

A stretch of Route 29 shut down after a truck overturned Tuesday night near Tidbit Trail, just north of Lovingston in Nelson County. The truck was carrying a load of wood, which ended up spilling all over the road.

No one was hurt in the incident. A clean-up crew is on the scene, working to get the road reopened to traffic.
