Police Arrest 5 People for Fight on Prospect Ave.

Charlottesville police have arrested five people following a fight at a housing project off Prospect Avenue on Thursday night.

Charlottesville police have arrested five people following a fight at a housing project off Prospect Avenue on Thursday night.

Christopher Hall, Charles France, Jamar Cutchin, Marcus Hall and Treneice Hill were all arrested. They have been charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct, and Hill was charged with reckless handling of a firearm.

Police say the fight started around 9 PM when Hill fired a gun. No one was shot. Two of the men were taken to the University of Virginia Medical Center with minor injuries.
