Albemarle County Police have arrested a man on multiple felonies.
Kevin Biamneth Vasquez of Albemarle County has been charged with two counts of rape, one count of object penetration, and one count of receiving stolen goods.
Police say Vasquesz knew the victim, who was a juvenile at the time.
The alleged incident happened in the fall of 2012, but investigators say it was just recently brought to their attention
Vasquez is being held without bond.
