Students at Ruckersville Elementary School received a special treat Wednesday from their fellow classmates.
The school's drama club put on a performance of Alice in Wonderland for students and teachers. The third-, fourth-, and fifth-grade students preformed two shows last weekend, but Wednesday's show allowed them to show off their singing and acting talents in front of their friends.
The kids started putting the show together in October, and they say they're thrilled with the results.
This is only the first year the school's drama club has been organized. Many students say they're excited to take part in next year's plays.
