An alert for seniors, the Better Business Bureau says scammers are upping their attacks on the elderly.
Some of the common scams happening right now are bogus IRS calls, requests from psychics, and Craiglist scams.
On Craiglist the victims receive money for the item they're selling, the buyer tells them to wire money to a third-party moving company, only to have the buyer's check bounce and lose their deposit to the moving company.
Seniors should report any suspected scams to the Better Business Bureau.
