The Southern Living Showcase Home in Ivy wrapped up its final weekend.
It's a home featuring the best of the best in local builders, contractors and designers.
It was opened up for four weekends for everyone to check out and it was Summit Custom Homes of Charlottesville's first Southern Living Showcase. The builder says people even came back twice throughout the month.
All proceeds went to Alex's Lemonade Stand and Operation Finally Home. They raised $10,000.
"We're wrapping up and it's been a phenomenal event. We've gotten tremendous feedback from the community everyone's really enjoyed coming out and participating in it," said Jayson Collier, the builder. "As of this weekend, I believe we had 1,100 people come through the house in four weekends."
Collier says they're looking forward to doing another showcase in 2014 after they take a bit of a break and recharge.
