The Great American Financial Resources, Inc. is looking for three classrooms that deserve a facelift for the fourth annual Great American Classroom Makeover.

Out of hundreds of entries, Marcy Pennella, a teacher at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School in Louisa, has been named one of ten finalists in the running for the grand prize.

Pennella plans to replace damaged student desks and chairs from her earthquake-damaged classroom if she wins the makeover prize. She also hopes to add supplies to help students focus on "making 2011-2012 the best year of their lives".

The Great American Classroom Makeover prize winners are selected by a public vote and Pennella needs your help. Now through February 29, you can help her win the makeover by voting online.

You can vote once per day. Winners will be announced the week of March 12.
