Tickets for the 20th Annual Virginia Festival of the Book go on sale Thursday morning.
Authors David Baldacci, Lisa Scottoline and Daniel H. Pink are scheduled to appear at ticketed events this year.
Most of the literary events for the 5-day festival are free and open to the public.
Thousands come to Charlottesville every year to check out the Festival of the Book, so over the years the festival has spread out, hosting events all over the city.
"We use all of the major bookstores, the University of Virginia, places like the libraries and City Council chambers Downtown, and then also Barracks Road Shopping Center," said Nancy Damon, with the festival.
Tickets for the festival can be purchased at the link below.
