The Scottsville Town Council plans to weigh in tonight on the future of Albemarle County Supervisor Christopher Dumler.
Dumler pleaded guilty to sexual battery in January and will have to serve 30 days in jail.
However, he says he plans to stay on the board.
Dumler’s district includes the town of Scottsville, and the Town Council plans to take a position in regards to Dumler at Monday night’s meeting.
They are not yet saying what that position will be, though.
Last week, the Board of Supervisors passed a resolution, asking Dumler to resign.
