On Route 29 in Nelson County, the right northbound lane is closed after a tractor trailer overturned into an embankment.
State Police say the tractor trailer ran off the side of Route 29 near Wilson Hill Road, jackknifed and later overturned, at about 11:30 PM on Sunday.
Officials say the driver was taken to the hospital with only minor injuries.
According to V-DOT, the truck will not be removed until midnight Tuesday. At that time all northbound lanes will be shutdown to remove the truck.
