The University of Virginia's Human Resources Dept. received the 2013 HR Innovation Award from the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources.

UVa won because of the "Super Temps" program which trains temporary employees so they may hopefully be full time in the future.

The award comes with a $3,000 prize given to the schools endowment or a scholarship fund.
