Drivers in Virginia are paying on average 10 cents less per gallon for gasoline than they did last month.
AAA Mid-Atlantic says the average per-gallon price for self-serve regular gasoline on Tuesday was $3.05, down from $3.15 in October.
In Charlottesville, the average price per-gallon is $3.02, compared to $3.06 in October.
The average per-gallon price in Roanoke dropped below $3 to $2.93. The average price in October was $3.07.
In Richmond, the average per-gallon price dropped from $3.10 to $3.
Nationally, the average price dropped from $3.44 in October to $3.18.
