Water Leak Affects Hundreds of Lake Monticello Homes

All water service has been restored at Lake Monticello.

40 customers have been issued a boil water notice.

A series of small water leaks on Monday night at Lake Monticello has hundreds of homes with little or no water pressure.

It happened on Drew Court, which is just off Turkeysag Trail. The 12-inch water line that failed is a main feeder line from Aqua Virginia.

There are no dependable estimates of when the repair will be made.
