More than 200 scientists and 60 research teams at the University of Virginia have a new place to further their medical research.
The University dedicated the new Carter-Harrison Research building Wednesday.
With more than 100,000 square feet, the University says the $70 million building will allow for more collaboration in biomedicine.
The building is named after the Carter and Harrison families who have helped advance medical research at the University.
