After winning in Virginia, both Senators Barack Obama and John McCain continue with wins in Maryland.
Polls were kept open an extra 90 minutes after a judge signed an order at the request of state elections officials because icy weather made it harder for people to get to polling places in the evening.
Obama built on victories against Hillary Clinton over the weekend with his win in Maryland. He also won Tuesday's Virginia primary.
McCain got back to his winning ways after weekend setbacks against former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee.
