McCain Speaks Out About Opponent

"Of course I'd like for him to withdraw today. I mean it would be much easier. But I respect and have repeatedly said I respect his right to continue in this race for just as long as he wants to" said McCain.

One day after sweeping the Potomac Primaries, John McCain is speaking out on his closest competition.

The Arizona Senator made those comments about Mike Huckabee during a meeting with House Republican leaders in Washington, D.C. Several House leaders used the opportunity to endorse McCain for president, including minority leader John Boehner.
