Governor Kaine Made a Stop in Shenandoah Valley

June 13, 2008

Governor Kaine made a stop in the Shenandoah Valley on Thursday during a visit to Staunton. The governor's main point was land preservation. He urged Virginia to preserve its open spaces.

As for rumors of being a potential running mate for Barack Obama, Kaine says he hasn't had any meetings with the presumptive nominee, and the only thing he wants to see out of his endorsement is an Obama win.
