Dozens of Democrat supporters packed the Northside Library in Albemarle Square to discuss foreign policy.
Jane Harman, who currently serves on a committee in the Department of Homeland Security, and is a member of the House of Representatives, discussed why Obama is the stronger candidate in terms of foreign policy issues.
She cited the strong international support he has gained throughout his campaign.
Rep. Jane Harman said, "The threats in the world have become totally different, and we need a foreign policy that adjusts to new threats and won't take us back to the Cold War or a new version of the Cold War.
During the seminar, concerned citizens also discussed the fear of voter fraud in the upcoming election.
Democrat candidate for Congress--Tom Perriello--urged people to register to vote, saying the election may be decided on October 6th, instead of November 4th.
