McIntire Park Activist Runs for Charlottesville City Council

May 15, 2009

There's another name on the ballot for Charlottesville City Council. Bob Fenwick announced Friday he'll run as an Independent.

Fenwick is on the McIntire Park Preservation Committee and said he wants to make saving the park one of the top issues on the campaign trail.

Independent Andrew Williams and Democrats Dave Norris and Kristin Szakos are also seeking one of two council seats.
