Canvassing for the President continues to be in full force with just a few weeks left until the election.
Virginia State Sen. Creigh Deeds (D-25th District) supplied a hearty breakfast for Obama campaign volunteers setting out for another canvass on Saturday morning.
It's the home stretch and Deeds says he wanted to show his appreciation for all of the volunteer effort this election season.
"People are excited enough to come out here instead of raking leaves, taking care of their garden, being at their house or even out at the football game. They're working out here instead and that serves some recognition," he said.
Deeds says it's about showing that excitement and convincing the last few people that President Obama should have their vote.
