A Candidate for the Charlottesville School Board is pushing for more technology in the classrooms.
Guian McKee says he wants graduates to be ready to contribute to society.
"To promote teacher creativity and to build new models of learning that engage students, that make learning more discovery-based, more investigative and involves a partnership as anything else between teachers and student," said McKee.
Guian McKee is running for one of the seven openings on the Charlottesville school board. He was appointed to the board last year, but is now running for a full four year term. Election day is November 8.
