Police say a second teenager has been arrested for stabbing and robbing a 59-year-old man at a Prince William County shopping center.
Manassas City police said Monday that detectives arrested a 14-year-old boy at his home on Thursday and charged him with aggravated malicious wounding and robbery.
Police say the teen and another 15-year-old boy approached a man who was taking photos of a shopping center on Sept. 21 as part of a commercial property inspection. They say the boys attacked the man after he refused to give up his wallet.
The man was treated at a hospital for three stab wounds.
Officials say the juveniles took the man's camera and cash and ran off. The other boy was caught then and charged with aggravated malicious wounding and robbery.
