One of the people involved in a shooting incident earlier this year in Augusta County pleaded guilty to carnal knowledge of a 13 or 14 year old without force.
According to court records, Kim Crilley was arrested in October 2010 and charged with carnal knowledge of a 13 or 14 year old without force, which is a class four felony.
In January, the Augusta County Sheriff's Office identified her as the wife of the homeowner of the residence on Lookout Mountain Lane where a 14-year-old boy was shot in the leg.
Deputies say the boy broke into the home, threatened the couple with a large stick and approached them even after the husband drew a pistol. The juvenile underwent several surgeries at the University of Virginia and has since recovered from the shooting.
Crilley is being held at the Middle River Regional Jail and her sentencing is scheduled sometime in June.
