4 JMU Football Players Arrested for Malicious Wounding

The Harrisonburg Police Department reports four James Madison football players were arrested for malicious wounding by mob.

The arrests stem from an incident that occurred around 1am on Nov. 15.

Jonathan Rose, Peter Rose, Jonathan Williams and Anthony Rose got into an argument with three individuals near the 1300 block of Bradley Drive, according to Harrisonburg Police Department spokesperson Mary-Hope Vass.

The verbal incident escalated into a physical altercation. One person was transported to Rockingham Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries as a result.
