Va. Police Chase Ends in Deadly Crash

One person is dead following a police chase that ended in Richmond when two vehicles collided.

Richmond police say the accident occurred Wednesday night just after a vehicle pursued by Henrico County police entered the city. The vehicles that collided weren't police cars.

The victim was declared dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported. Richmond police weren't involved in the chase.

Henrico County police confirmed that the chase began in the county but declined to release any other information. No other details were available Thursday morning.
