April 20, 2010

Former television reporter Ryan O'Connor will appear in court on Monday on allegations that he violated the terms of his bail.

Winchester Commonwealth's Attorney Alex Iden filed a motion in court on Friday that claims O'Connor used a computer and accessed the internet. The conditions of O'Connor's bail prohibited him from using any computer.

O'Connor is charged with four counts of re-producing child pornography and five counts of possession of child pornography.

A July 14 trial date has been set.
