Retailer Advance Auto Parts is launching new online services for its customers.
The Roanoke company says the new services will help customers keep track of their car maintenance needs.
The "Your Garage" area of the website allows customers to sign up for alerts when cars need a tune up, brakes, or a tire rotation. Customers also can diagnose problems, get an estimate and find a mechanic.
Customers also can get e-mail notifications about recalls and keep track of service history.
The site also lets customers find out what their car is worth and how much they can expect to maintain their vehicle.
Advance Auto has more than 3,460 stores in 39 states, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, including two in Charlottesville.
