W.Va. Man Sentenced in Fatal Va. Wreck

A West Virginia man will spend 16 years in prison in connection with a a wreck that killed a 2-year-old Tazewell County boy.

Tazewell County Commonwealth Attorney Dennis Lee says 34-year-old Zachary Pace Williams of Princeton, W.Va., was sentenced last week for aggravated manslaughter and second offense driving under the influence.

Williams had pleaded guilty to the charges earlier this year.

Two-year-old Matthew Bogle died from injuries suffered when his parents' vehicle was hit by Williams' vehicle on March 14, 2009. The Bogle family's vehicle was stopped at a red light.

Lee says blood tests showed Williams had methadone and Xanax in his system.
