U.S. marshals have captured a man suspected of killing his cousin during a heated fight over housekeeping at the Virginia home they shared.
Authorities say 26-year-old Jamel Nelson shot Ronald Streeter 14 times during the March 10 argument at Streeter's home in Fredericksburg, Va. They say several guns were found at the scene.
Federal marshals say they arrested Nelson on Monday outside a Scranton residence they were conducting surveillance. He is expected to be extradited to Virginia to face first-degree murder charges.
Marshal's spokesman James Cunfer says Nelson had been staying with the 29-year-old Streeter before the homicide. Authorities say the cousins previously lived in the Bronx, N.Y.
