Four additional arrests have been made regarding sex solicitation at the Valley Mall in Harrisonburg.
The Harrisonburg Police Department has been receiving complaints about this sex solicitation going on at the Valley Mall since June, and this new set of arrests comes from the Belk bathrooms.
The police department arrested 44-year-old Tracy Stallard of Elkton, 57-year-old Glenn Huffman of Bridgewater, 58-year-old Paul Ritchie of Harrisonburg and 67-year-old Roger Bryant of Waynesboro for misdemeanors charges, like soliciting sex and indecent exposure.
These arrests come after the July 13th arrest of Ricky McCray for sex solicitation in the J.C. Penny bathroom.
Harrisonburg police say the mall has been cooperative with the investigation, but many shopping the mall say it's disturbing news.
"Well I think the four additional just shows you how much in this area...what's going on in our community. People are just not really aware exactly sometimes of what's going on, and I think it's good that these operations are going on," says Harrisonburg resident Dennis Click.
Many shoppers say they think this is a sign of how the area is growing and things are changing.
