Del. David Toscano, D-57th District, has a new title in the General Assembly's House of Delegates.
Toscano's colleagues unanimously voted the Democrat the House Minority Leader. He's been serving the 57th District for the last six years.
Toscano officially took his seat immediately after Saturday's vote. He replaces former minority leader Ward Armstrong, who lost his re-election to the House of Delegates in the Nov. 8 election.
