Sept. 23, 2013
A woman suspected of participating in a string of arson-related fires on Virginia's Eastern Shore is free on bail.
A judge ruled in August that 39-year-old Tonya Bundick could be released on $30,000 secured bond.
As a condition of her bound, Bundick can not leave Accomack or Northampton Counties unless it is medically necessary.
Bundick was indicted in August on one count of arson and one count of conspiracy.
Her fiance, 40-year-old Charles Smith III, faces 67 counts of arson and one count of conspiracy. Smith remains held without bond in the Accomack County Jail..
