The Henry County Sheriff's Office says three adults and an infant were killed in a car crash while fleeing the scene of a shooting.
Investigators are seeking a 21-year-old man in connection with the shooting Saturday that preceded to the crash.
According to media reports, police believe 19-year-old Lamar S. Ward was shot and was being rushed to a hospital when the single-vehicle crash occurred. The sheriff's office identified the other victims as 24-year-old Manesha S. Ward, 21-year-old Takea Shade Turner and the 6-month-old child, Lazarius Amere Woods.
Investigators are looking for Lamont Anthony Woods in connection with the shooting. He is being sought on charges of attempted murder, malicious wounding and other charges.
The authorities do not know the relationship between Woods and the crash victims.
