An Ohio man has admitted in federal court to bringing a 15-year-old girl to Virginia for prostitution.

Calvin L. Winbush Sr. of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, pleaded guilty in federal court in Richmond on Thursday to conspiracy and interstate transportation charges.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/IAaTk0) reports the 43-year-old Winbush faces up to life in prison at his sentencing on July 13.

A co-defendant, 30-year-old Sonora Armstrong of Cleveland, pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge and will be sentenced on June 15. She also faces up to life in prison.

Court records show the pair took the girl to a Richmond hotel room on Dec. 30. Four days later, Armstrong took the girl to a home where she received money in exchange for sexual acts.
