RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - A Richmond area dance instructor could be sentenced to more than 100 years in prison after pleading guilty to taking indecent liberties with underage girls.

The 34-year-old instructor, Andrew Defiesta, pleaded guilty Tuesday to the charges involving five underage girls. Media reports say the Chesterfield County man also pleaded guilty to multiple counts of child pornography.

Defiesta taught dance classes at studios in suburban Richmond. His victims, their friends and family were in court as he entered his plea.

The offenses dated back to 2005. He is being held without bond until his sentencing in December.
