Chamber of Commerce Reports Retail Sales Up in Central Virginia

Updated: 11/19/2014 - The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce today released retail sales tax data showing aggregate retail sales in Albemarle - Charlottesville have increased +7.81% over the first three quarters of 2014 in comparison to the same period in 2013. The data showed that in the same period in 2014 compared to 2013, retail sales increased in Louisa County & Waynesboro; declined in Augusta & Greene Counties.
