Monticello rising senior quarterback Jhalil Mosley has reportedly made his college football decision.
VirginiaPreps.com was the first to report on Thursday that Mosley has given a verbal commitment to play at James Madison. Attempts to confirm Mosley's verbal to JMU were unsuccessful.
Mosley threw for 1,907 yards and 21 touchdowns -- and ran for 655 yards and 10 touchdowns -- as a junior last fall, leading the Mustangs to the Region II semifinals. He was a second-team all-Jefferson District selection after the season.
JMU was the first school to offer Mosley a scholarship, back in mid-April. Mosley also holds offers from VMI and William & Mary.
