The William Monroe boys fell to George Mason, 67-54, in the Bull Run District Championship. The two teams split their regular season matchups with Mason winning a one-game playoff to claim the regular season title.
The Green Dragons will now wait out the Amelia game Friday night to determine where they are seeded in the Regional tournament.
In other action the Covenant boys upset North Cross, 72-59. The Eagles will host Eastern Mennonite in VIC Division II quarterfinal play next Tuesday.
In the lone local girls game, Miller beat Liberty Christian 48-40 in a battle of league unbeatens.
