Offense was on display in Week 7 of the Central Virginia high school football season.
In our Friday Night EndZone Game of the Week, Louisa (5-1) bounced back from a loss at Monticello and a sluggish win over South Lakes with a 35-20 win on the road over Fluvanna (2-5). Burger King Student Athlete of the Week Andre Mealy paced the Lions with 229 rushing yards and three rushing TDs.
In other local games, Blue Ridge (3-3) got back to .500 on the year with a 27-10 win over St. Stephen's & St. Agnes. The Barons were led by running back Mayn Francisco, who tallied 108 yards on the ground and a TD.
Monticello (5-1) won its third straight game, topping Charlottesville (1-6) 54-40. The Mustangs pounded the Black Knights on the ground, led by Isaac Robinson's 210 rushing yards and four TDs.
