Monticello senior running back Isaac Robinson has decided which post-graduate school he will attend next season.
Robinson will head to Hargrave Military Academy in the fall, according to Monticello head coach Rodney Redd. Robinson chose Hargrave over Fork Union Military Academy.
Robinson ran for 2,017 yards and 28 touchdowns as a senior at Monticello in 2011. But since his playing time was limited prior to his senior year, he didn't appear on the recruiting radar for Division-I schools until late in the process.
Robinson hopes to use a season of post-graduate football to boost his strength, and his stock with Division-I programs.
"It helps you develop more," he told the Newsplex in March. "And it also gives you better looks. I'll build on what I did last year, obviously getting my size up and speed up, just building on what I did this year."
