Defending State Champs Atlantic Shores Pummel Covenant, 40-15

(MaxPreps) - In Saturday's non-league match, the host Atlantic Shores Christian Seahawks football squad scored a good 40-15 victory over the Covenant Eagles.

In their next game, the Seahawks clash with the Liberty Christian Bulldogs (Lynchburg, VA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 12. Atlantic Shores Christian will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 28-14 non-league loss to Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC).

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Flint Hill (Oakton, VA). The Huskies enter the non-league match with a 0-0 record.
