Updated: 10:44 PM Blue Ridge and Miller played another epic game Wednesday night in the VISAA Division I quarterfinals. The Barons and Mavericks took things to double-overtime before a winner was decided. Elsewhere, four local provate school girls team were also in state quarterfinal action.

Updated: 11:08 PM The Monticello girls beat Fluvanna, 41-28, one night after knocking off previously unbeaten Powhatan. The Mustangs have won three of their last four in the Jefferson District. The Miller boys also picked up a big win at home, knocking off defending state champions Virginia Episcopal, 75-33.
