The Cavalier Men's Soccer Team lost a heart breaker to Duke tonight, 2-1, in double overtime. The loss drops Virginia's record to 9-4-2 overall, and 1-3-2 in the ACC.

Matt Mitchell scored his first career goal for the Cavaliers in the 52nd minute, and Virginia held the lead with under two minutes to play. Joshua Medcalf scored the tying goal for the Blue Devils off a header in the 89th minute to send the game to extra frames. Duke's Mike Grella scored the game winner in the 109th minute, as the Blue Devils snapped a three game losing skid.

Virginia will close out its home schedule on Tuesday night, as it welcomes Mercer to Klockner Stadium. Face off is set for 7:00.
