Saturday against Wake Forest, the Cavalier Football Team set an NCAA record with its fifth win by two points or less. However, three of those five wins have come away from Scott Stadium.
Virginia is 3-2 on the road this season, and its margin of victory in those three road wins is 1.67 points per game. The Wahoos topped North Carolina, 22-20, snuck by Middle Tennessee State, 23-21, and then topped Maryland, 18-17.
This weekend in Coral Gables, the Cavs will face a team that has only allowed seven points at home in the first half.
