Cavalier Men's Hoops Heads to Tucson

Dave Leitao and the Cavalier Men's Basketball Team will battle Arizona tomorrow, in a rematch of last year's season opener. Virginia and the Wildcats opened up John Paul Jones Arena, as the Cavs came from behind to win, 93-90.

This time, the two teams clash in Tucson, with both teams undefeated. Virginia enters with a 2-0 record, after wins over Vermont and Howard. The Cavs have averaged 91 points in their first two games. This will mark their first away game of the 2007-2008 season.

The Wildcats, meanwhile, are 1-0, after a 76-69 win against Northern Arizona to open their season. They will rely heavily on Chase Budinger, who is the team's leading returning scorer.

This marks the final year of a four year contract between the two universities. Virginia is 2-1 against Arizona during the course of the last three years, with both wins coming in Charlottesville. The Cavaliers knocked off the 'Cats at University Hall three seasons ago, fell at Arizona the next year, before last season's dramatic victory.

Tip off for tomorrow's game is set for 10:30pm.
