The Cavalier Men's Soccer Team has earned a berth in the 2007 NCAA Tournament. Virginia will host Saint Peters this Friday at 5:00pm. The Cavs enter with a record of 11-7-2, and fell in the ACC quarterfinals to top seeded Boston College last Wednesday.
Virginia will be looking to make a tournament run. Last season, the Wahoos advanced to the national semifinal, where they fell to UCLA in Saint Louis.
The Cavaliers will aim to use Klockner Stadium to their advantage. During the season, Virginia only lost once on its own turf, falling to Boston College, 2-1. With a win on Friday, the Cavs will advance to play West Virginia in Morgantown.
