The Cavalier Men's Basketball Team is coming off its first loss of the season, as Virginia fell to Seton Hall in the finale of the Philly Classic on Saturday. Now, the Cavs aim to get back to their style of basketball, something they feel eluded them in Philadelphia.

Dave Leitao emphasizes defense and rebounding, and the team feels that it lacked production in those areas, not only in the loss to the Pirates, but in its Friday win over Pennsylvania as well. Virginia gave up 85 points to the Quakers in the victory, before falling to Seton Hall on Saturday, 74-60.

The Cavaliers did have some quality performers in Saturday's loss. Sean Singletary scored 23 points to lead Virginia in the losing effort. The senior has now scored 23 or more points in four of the Cavaliers six games (19 against Vermont, 16 against Penn).

Adrian Joseph pulled down a career high 16 rebounds on Saturday night. He has reached double figures in boards in each of the last three games, and put up two consecutive double-doubles in wins against Drexel and Penn.

The Cavaliers return home tomorrow night to face Northwestern in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. Tip off is set for 7:00 at John Paul Jones Arena.
