The Cavalier men's basketball team looks to right the ship tomorrow, but will face a tough test in the form of North Carolina. The Tar Heels enter with a 22-2 overall record, 7-2 in the ACC. They are coming off a double overtime victory against Clemson on Sunday night.

Virginia is coming off a 80-64 loss at Wake Forest on Saturday. The Cavaliers have lost six games in a row, and nine of their last ten games. They are out to a 1-8 conference start for the first time since the 1984-1985 season. Sean Singletary scored 21 points to extend his double figures scoring streak to 44 consecutive games. Ryan Pettinella posted a double-double with 12 points and a career high eleven rebounds.

Last season, North Carolina topped Virginia, 79-69, at the Dean Smith Center. The Cavaliers upset the Tar Heels the last time they came to Charlottesville, two seasons ago. Virginia took down UNC, 72-68, at University Hall.

Tip off for tomorrow's contest is set for 8:00.
